Not necessarily. It can be a separate site which has its own web address (the 'www' thingy) which works in addition to your existing website, or we can set it up so that if people who go to your current website address get automatically sent to the site we build for you.
No, nothing. Not a bean. We don't ask you for any money until we have started to make your phone ring. Only then do we charge 'per call'.

No. The site will be built for your business and your business alone. All the calls and emails generated by the site we build will come to you and no one else.
We will aim to have a website live within 4-6 weeks of receiving your go-ahead. Sooner, if we're able.
We use a unique telephone number on the website. Calls come through to you as normal, but upon answering, our system announces to you that "this is a Per Call enquiry". The system then records the call so you can log in and listen to them at any time.
Yes, it's very easy. We've designed the system with ease of use in mind. Even those who are not really computer 'savvy' will be able to navigate their way around it without a problem.
No. We don't charge for sales calls, wrong numbers or any general 'non-enquiry'. Basically, if you don't have a chance to convert the call into work, we won't charge you for it.
That's easy. You can either press the star key on your keypad whilst in the call, or, at a later date, log in to the system and click a button next to the call saying "Flag for Appeal".
That call will still be chargeable, but we'll do our level best to notify you that you have missed it. We do this by immediately sending you an email and SMS text with the caller's details on (as long as the number wasn't withheld). You'll also be able to log in to our system to see the details of the call.
You'll receive a summary of last month's calls on the 1st day of the month. You're then given some time to alert us to any non-chargeable calls before we collect by direct debit after the 16th of the month.
The website will have been professionally designed and written with a view to generating telephone calls and enquiries. We'll happily change the colour, but our agreement is based on us generating calls for you, so unfortunately we won't invite changes to the look of the site.
Then you have nothing to pay. It's that simple. There's no minimum term either, so you can drop out at any time.
